Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. If any orders are cancelled after payment, there will be a $10 Admin cost deducted and the balance refunded by 10 working days.

We reserve the right to refuse an order, any amount paid will be refunded.

Delivery and Returns

We generally ship to the Zones listed on the Delivery Zone Page, if you live outside of these Zones and want to place an order, please contact us to discuss, we are reasonably flexible.
Because we deliver to your door and therefore ensure they are delivered in good condition, there will  a 72 hour window to claim for returns.  

• All deliveries over $75 will be delivered free, any deliveries under $75 will have a $25 delivery fee.
• There will be no refunds or returns for plants brought in error.
• An email will be sent the day before delivery with the approx. delivery time

Privacy

We only collect personal information for the purposes of fulfilling your order. We never share your information with any third parties. We do not hold any financial information, that is dealt with by the authorised payment agencies.
